We wash the entire vehicle from the top down (to avoid carrying dirt particles from the dirtier part of the vehicle to the rest). We utilize microfiber mitts and microfiber drying towels to prevent scratching of the car’s finish. We use a car shampoo with liquid wax to help remove all current dirt and contaminants and leave a nice shine. This wash method is safe for all finish types including wrapped vehicles and vehicles with lettering. |

Door jambs and trunk jamb cleaned We utilize a degreaser to help remove all the dirt, grime, and oil residue left in the door and trunk jambs. This is the area of the door/trunk that is visible when the door/trunk are open and is painted the same color as the exterior of the car. |

Wheels cleaned (face and back of rim) We use a special wheel cleaner to remove all the brake dust, dirt, and oil from the wheels. We have special soft bristle brushes to help agitate the cleaner and help remove all dirt from the wheels. We also use a cone brush to even clean the back of the rim (the part behind the face of the rim that circles the tire’s inner circumference. |

We use a special tire cleaner and a tire brush to remove all the dirt, old tire shine, and oil from the face of the tire. Once the tire has dried, we utilize a long-lasting silicone-free tire dressing. Silicone-free tire dressing is preferred by many in the auto industry as it is safer for engine components and the car’s finish. |

Windows streak-free cleaned (inside and outside) We utilize the best window aerosol spray on the market (Invisible Glass by Stoner) to clean the windows from the outside and the inside. This aerosol helps remove and oil films, dirt, and grime from the windows. When necessary, we also follow up by using our steamer to help remove any additional grime from the windows. Our window cleaning method is safe for all type of tinted windows and window decals. |

Using a high-powered auto vacuum cleaner, we remove all dirt particles and loose debris from the surfaces of the interior of the vehicle. |

High-shine wax/sealant (machine applied) Using the industry’s best high-speed orbital buffer imported from Germany, we apply generous coats of wax to the vehicle surface to protect its deep shine and cleanliness. We use our microfiber towels to remove the hazed wax from the surface of the car. Wax to the car’s paint is like lotion to the human skin. |

When the exhaust tip of the vehicle is exposed and not hidden under body work, we first start by using our special degreaser and pressure washer to remove all residue from the surface of the exhaust tip.. We then utilize a special metal polish to help remove all the residue and dirt and help restore the original shine. Not all exhaust tip finishes can be polished. |

Interior steam cleaned (stains removed) Using our high-end pressure steamer imported from Italy, we steam clean many surfaces of the entire of the vehicle. Steaming is a very safe method to cleaning the interior of the vehicle and is preferred by many auto manufacturers for multiple surfaces; from leather to glass to plastic. The high temperature of the steam helps penetrate the pores of many surfaces and bring out dirt and stains that conventional methods cannot. |

Using one of the leading leather conditioners in the market (Lexol) we professionally apply the product to help restore and protect the leather in your vehicle. We first clean the leather using Lexol and/or our steamer before applying the leather conditioner. |

Shampooing mats is the most effective and efficient method to remove dirt, oil, and debris that is stuck deep inside the surface of the mat. Using our pressure washer and special mat shampoo, we scrub and clean the mat to perfection. We then use our high-powered vacuum to vacuum as much water from the mat as possible. We start this process early into the detail so the mats can dry while we are working on the vehicle. We recommend leaving the mats out of the car as long as possible so they can fully dry. When appropriate, we spot treat the mat/carpet as needed. |

Polish exterior - restores shine (machine applied) This step precedes the waxing/paint sealing of the vehicle. Using the industry’s best high-speed orbital buffer imported from Germany, we apply generous coats of polish to help seal light scratches in the surface of the paint (including swirl marks). We then remove the polish with our microfiber towels and follow up with either wax or paint sealant based on the service selected. |

Clay entire car (removes contaminants from the surface) Claying a car’s finish is a very new technique developed in Japan. After the car has been washed, utilizing a special clay bar and a spray lubricant, we rub the painted surface of the vehicle. During this process, the clay bar picks up contaminates remaining on the surface of the vehicle that cannot be extracted by simply washing a car. The particles attach to the clay bar like a magnet. We then restore or replace the clay bar as needed to complete the vehicle. |

Using our pressure washer, we spray the engine from at least 12” away to rely on the mist to rinse the engine. We then use our special engine degreaser and brushes to clean the engine and remove oil build-up and dirt. We then use the pressure washer again to rinse the degrease and wash away all the grime and oil. This process is 100% safe for the engine and has been proven and tested in the industry. Detailing an engine is important for preservation of the engine as well as to help the engine run cooler by removing oil and dirt build-up which will also enhance the gas mileage of the car. |

Using our special pressure wash attachment, we spray the entire bottom of the vehicle with high-pressure water to help remove any dirt, salt, mud, grime, and debris from the undercarriage of the vehicle. This is a very important maintenance service which will help preserve the undercarriage components and prevent rust and deterioration of the components from road debris and salt. |

Using our high-end ozone generator, we operate the machine inside the vehicle for a specified amount of time, depending on the car’s need. The ozone generator creates O3 which kills all bacteria. This eliminates any smell as well as the development of mildew and mold. |

Scratch removal (removes light clear coat scratches only) Using a special compound, we remove light scratches found in the clear coat of the car’s finish. This step does not include repainting of the car by any means. Deep scratches that penetrate the paint of the car need to be repainted. |

Using the famous “Wheel Wax” we apply wax to the face of the rims. This step changes the surface polarity of the wheel to help repel brake dust particles from bonding to the wheel. This means that after, say 500 miles, a wheel that has been waxed will have much less brake dust particles bonded to it than a wheel that was simply cleaned. |
